Refund policy

At BARIDEX, we stand behind the quality of our herbal lozenges. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original sealed packaging, and in the same condition as received.

Non-Returnable Items
Opened or partially used lozenges cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Damaged or Defective Products
If you received a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos at info@adwiya.in and we will arrange a replacement or full refund.
